Hey there!

My name’s Twain, and there’s only one thing I need you to know –

You. Can. Do. This!!!

I’ve been a fitness coach for over a decade now (and a fitness addict since I was 15). If there’s anything I’ve learnt in that time, it’s that everyone has the potential to achieve the body of their dreams, as long as they have the right guidance and support.

As a qualified trainer and life coach, my job is to help you in whatever capacity you need. That could mean working with me directly, or even referring you to someone else more qualified.

Regardless, I’ll never try to sell you a bullshit, cookie cutter program, or sugar-coat how easy things will be for you. I’ll always be honest with you on what the facts are and give you my unfiltered professional opinion on what you need to do to keep making progress.

So here’s a few simple facts about me:

  • I started out as a personal trainer and opened my first gym in 2015.
  • I now coach exclusively online through my Type-A Fitness Online Coaching Program
  • I still own a fitness studio that is run by my team of trainers.
  • I used to be a competitive powerlifter, but have always been a bodybuilder at heart.
  • I’m a big believer in using science to help find the best solution possible for you!
  • In 2013, I turned down a lucrative full-time position at a consulting firm in order to pursue my passion for helping people.

How it works

  • We do all our programming and workout delivery through a mobile phone app, as well as weekly video check-in calls
  • Every week, I host group coaching calls where we go over common struggles faced and how to solve them
  • Your training and nutrition will be adjusted weekly based on your personal preferences
  • Training critique and coaching check-ins are done through a 1-1 direct coaching chat
  • You’ll also be in a private coaching group with other like minded individuals to help provide you with the right accountability and support to keep on track to your goals!

No two people are the same, so your program and nutrition needs to be tailored to you!
